Prologue

It started 17 years ago, on a sunny Mother’s Day when my mother, Kim, and I set out for our lap around Monadnock Country Club, in Peterborough, New Hampshire. Only a few holes in and I was hooked. Before long, golf became my passion and craft, a devout hobby of mine in which I became obsessed with.
